Our Patient Experience and Community Care Specialist is the “Chief Empathy Officer” of the organization. Neeta helps implements our carefully designed end-to-end wellness journey for our members, focusing on community-led participation and peer support. Neeta is a Licensed RN in India and helps manage our network of “Success Champions”—the individuals who have already reversed their diabetes. Neeta has been the ambassador in fostering a culture of hope and accountability. Her role involves supporting every member, not just clinically, but socially and emotionally, throughout their transformation.
