Here is my food log for week 11.
I just want to thank you for your support in this lifestyle change journey I am embarking on. It is very difficult to get rid of old dietary habits and adapt to new foods and flavors. I am slowly finding comfort in realizing that there are delicious food items that satiate my flavor cravings.
I am committed to this journey and I have already seen wonderful benefits in increased energy, less hunger, lower glucose levels, weight loss, and numbness and tingling sensations in toes decreased to almost non-existent.
