Daniel is the Chief Operating Officer of Flourish Health Group, bringing over 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership. He has a proven track record of scaling organizations, optimizing operations, and enhancing patient care.
Previously, as Chief Operations Officer and Senior VP at Pure Healthcare, he helped expand the company from a startup to 44 locations across 14 states, leading real estate strategy, clinic operations, and regulatory compliance. He also served as Director of Outpatient Services at Livingston HealthCare, where he launched integrated behavioral health and telemedicine programs. During his tenure at the University of Utah Healthcare, he spearheaded major operational initiatives, improved patient satisfaction, and implemented Lean methodologies to drive efficiency.
A former President and Board Member of MGMA Utah, Daniel is committed to mentorship and advancing best practices in healthcare management. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor's in Behavioral Science and Health from the University of Utah.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, exploring Montana’s outdoors, fly fishing, skiing, and snowboarding.
