Throughout his executive career, Rick has held leadership positions at organizations including Middletown Regional Hospital, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, Massac Memorial Hospital, and Mercy Health - Lourdes Hospital where he currently serves as Chief Operating Officer.
Rick holds a BS in Healthcare Management from Southern Illinois University- Carbondale, an MHA from Ohio State University, and a Doctor of Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina. He is also a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
